I'm a aunt who does housework for my family.
I am helping my daughter who live nearby and my house
Then I've been living in my daughter's house and my house for about four years.
Needless to say, living in two houses is very difficult.
Of course, the family of husband and daughter is giving great help.
But recently, I gained a lot of weight because I was so stressed.
I didn't even want to meet my family and friends.

I was going through a hard time.

But the day before yesterday, I talked to my middle school friend on the phone for 2 hours.

I told my friend like crazy.
My friend was my best friend, so I could tell everything.
She was just listening to my story and I let my feelings out.

She's a bit picky and honest.
But she and I were feeling each other.
She gave no advice.
Only, she's listening to me.
That's all.

After I hung up my phone.
I felt better and lighter in body
Ofcourse mind and body.
I throwed   the stress    off .

And I started exercising this Monday.
It's perfectly good.

A few minutes ago.
I was so sleepy that I turned off the computer.
So I gave up writing a diary today.

But I was hungry even though I had dinner.
So I wanted to eat tomatoes with sugar before sleeping
Fo I ate tomato with sugar.
It was really delicious.

Recently, people don't want to eat tomatoes with sugar.
But we have been eating tomatoes with sugar for a long time.

I woke up from sleep after eating tomatoes.
The reason is that  it seems I eat sugar.
Also sugar is good and being helpful for body.
So I turned on the computer again and am writing a diary now.
