Today is monday.

I haven't had meals all day.
Just I seemed I drank coffee of three to four.
I haven't been eating meals every monday.
The reason is health.

I get worse and worse of health.
No, I am gaining weight more and more.

So  I have decide that won't be eat meals once a week.
I thought It will be good for my health myself.

But Now I am hungry.

I have had  만두 for snack at about 9pm with my husband.
Now 10:55 pm
So, it's almost been 26 hours.

But My condition is good and light.

Today
I couldn't studied English.

But I stretched watching theTV.
And I relaxed.

Also, I don't have energy anymore because of I didn't eat meals all day.
I will go to bed .

I am clean my ears and
I am petting my face.
My eyes and chin got slim than before.

But I turned on my back while watching TV.
And I relaxed.

Also, I don't have energy anymore because I haven't eaten all day.
I'm going to go to bed.

I clean my ears
I'm stroking my face.
My eyes and chin are thinner than before.
